How to behave at a campground
- Please be considerate of those around you. You certainly won’t be alone at the campsite.
- Observe fire safety precautions when barbecuing or building fires.
- Keep the area tidy and clean. Sort your trash just as we do.
- When swimming in the Jesenice, do not use shower gels or similar products.
- Protect nature. Do not use any chemicals here.
- If you are driving through the campground, please drive no faster than 10 km/h.
- Clean up after your pet.
- Do not throw cigarette butts or other trash on the ground.
- Do not leave your children unattended.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
Frequently Asked Questions
Unfortunately, no; we do not sell permits on-site. The Jeseník Reservoir is a non-trout fishing area managed by the Czech Fishing Union (ČRS).
If you plan to fish here, we recommend obtaining a permit in advance from local ČRS organizations (e.g., in Cheb) or online, if your membership card allows it. Don’t forget to bring a valid fishing permit with you.
Yes. Portable fire pits are available for rent at the front desk. Please follow safety guidelines and current regulations (e.g., during periods of drought).
Unfortunately, no. We do not sell firewood, kindling, or lighters on the campground premises. We recommend that you stock up on these items before your arrival or visit the nearest stores in the area.
Yes. All the faucets throughout the facility provide drinking water.
No. The campground does not have a communal kitchen, washing machine, or dishwasher. However, there is an outdoor area where visitors can wash dishes. Hot water is available by inserting a token, which you can purchase at the front desk.
Yes. There are bins for both recyclable and non-recyclable waste, which you’ll find in the designated area directly across from the front desk. We’d appreciate your help in keeping the campground clean and sorting your waste properly.
We do not have a grocery store on the campground grounds. The nearest general store is located in the village, about 1.5 km from the campground. For larger purchases, we recommend visiting the supermarkets in nearby Cheb.
