Campground Rules

Scope of Application: These operating rules apply to the entire Baldi Campground, including areas for tents, RVs, and lodging units (cabins).
Accommodation Policy: Only individuals who properly check in at the front desk, present a valid ID, and pay the accommodation fee may stay at the campground.
Health Status: Entry to the premises is permitted only to persons who do not exhibit symptoms of infectious or parasitic diseases and who are not subject to quarantine or increased medical supervision.
Accommodation Provider’s Rights: The accommodation provider reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to offer a guest accommodation other than what was originally confirmed, provided it does not differ substantially from the agreed reservation.

Payment: Accommodation must be paid for in advance. Upon request, the guest is required to present proof of payment issued by the front desk.
Deposits and Early Departure: Any deposit paid for services is non-refundable. If the guest leaves early, the remaining balance for accommodation will not be refunded.

Any advance payment made for services is non-refundable.

Cabins: Check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM.
- Check-out must take place by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
- A refundable deposit of 1,000 CZK is required upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure after the cabin has been properly cleaned and handed over.
- Condition upon handover: Guests must return the cabin to its original condition (dishes washed, trash taken out, floors mopped, refrigerator and lights turned off, windows and doors closed). The key must be returned to the front desk.
Personal equipment (tents, RVs): Check-out and departure from the premises must take place by 12:00 PM.
Late departure: If the guest fails to leave the campsite/cabin by the specified time, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the price for an additional day.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. During cultural events, quiet hours are extended from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
Cleanliness: Guests are required to keep the entire premises and restrooms clean. Municipal waste must be disposed of exclusively in the designated containers.
Traffic: The maximum speed limit for vehicles on the premises is 10 km/h. Parking is permitted only in designated areas.
Dogs and animals: Animals are permitted only on a leash and under the constant supervision of their owner.

Rental: Fires may only be lit in metal fire pits. These can be rented at the front desk for a refundable deposit of 500 CZK.
Prohibitions: There is a strict ban on lighting open fires on the beach.
Please observe safety guidelines and current regulations or notices (e.g., during periods of drought).

Property: Guests are fully liable for any damage caused to the accommodation provider’s property in accordance with applicable regulations.
Valuables: The accommodation provider is not liable for guests’ cash, personal documents, or other valuables left on the premises.
Children: Legal guardians are fully responsible for the safety and movements of children throughout the premises.

Acceptance of the Rules: By paying for accommodation, the guest confirms that they have read these Rules and Regulations and agree to abide by them.
Penalties: Violation of the Rules and Regulations may result in the guest being expelled from the premises without refund. In the event of damage to the property, the person responsible will be required to pay full compensation for the damage.
